HOURS:
Monday -Friday 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday hours are at time and one half)

SKILLS REQUIRED
-Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
-4 year college degree or Associates degree preferred but not required
-Must excel in customer service skills and enjoy interaction with others
-Must be detail-oriented
-Must have ability to work effectively with deadlines and in fast-paced environment
-Ability to present a positive phone presence
-Must have basic computer experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Answer incoming calls from customers and facilitate orders as well as returns
-Learn updated product information
-Fax confirmation of orders
-Provide assistance in checking customers' order status and tracking of shipments
