Headway Corporate Resources has an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work with our client in Richmond, VA! This 6-month assignment offers an immediate start date PLUS weekly pay!

In this position, you will review materials to verify compliance, gather information and materials for incomplete jobs to facilitate closing, print and package samples for company retention requirements, review and correct Job files for PDF, info and other e-file contents, confirm/correct system information, maintain short term storage/archive area/room, document, package and store long term archive items with Iron Mountain, and other duties as assigned by management.

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years experience working in a professional environment providing administrative support to department leaders and other managers. Experience utilizing MS Word/Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and various office machinery also required. Experience working with Insurance products, financial services, and/or creative time highly desired. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
