Client located in Amarillo, TX seeks experienced Customer Service candidates to work on short term project.

Description:

Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders or handles questions. Must have excellent communication skills. Handles complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. Completes appropriate forms.

Answer inbound phone calls fro an 8 hour shift must be able to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pn or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Calls require complaint resolution, answering indepth questions and mail forms to customers. Customer service & patience is in extreme high regard, so they must be able to provide excellent customer service. Call will be monitored for excellence.
